Our Preschool Gymnastics Program creates the foundation for a child’s early motor and cognitive development. Children experience a tremendous amount of growth and development between birth and 5 years old. There are definitive links between a child’s cognitive development and physical development. Deficits in one area will also show in other areas. Skills learned and developed during these early years establish a lifetime of skill attainment and cognitive development.

Our program’s goal is to target these important motor skills to give our participants a head start in their early childhood development.

Classes are Parent-Assisted from 18 month - 3 years old. After that, they are on their own with the instructor.

30 - 45min classes depending on the age.
