Gym Force offers a variety of tumbling classes. The tumbling schedule shifts are seasonall tumbling interests shift. Generally we have several tumbling classes targeting cheerleaders. These classes focus on skills such as back handsprings (Standing and Running), backtucks (Standing and running) as well as more advanced skills and elements. Additionally, on Tuesday nights we have a trampoline and tumbling class for those that simply want to learn to flip!
